Welcome. I am Thomas Helmick, an artist living and creating art in the city of Fort Worth, Texas. What you will find here is information about me and a sampling of my life’s work. Within the Portfolio are various pages that show different periods in my life, each of which is signified by a unique series name. Each page opens with a brief description of the series displayed. These include pastels on paper, oil paintings on canvas and Masonite panels; all of which represents my ongoing endeavor to fuse natural landscape and abstraction.
